
David A. Rose served as an Air Force attorney with over 10 years of practice experience both in and out of the Federal Government. While in the Air Force, he was a senior litigator spending several years at the Air Force Legal Service Agency in the Environmental Law and Litigation Branch. He was the Deputy Chief of the Restoration Law and Environmental Compliance sections at Headquarters USAF. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Rose was an engineer for a major environmental corporation and holds a chemistry degree. He practices primarily in the areas of environmental law, litigation and government procurement. His other areas of practice include an extensive wealth of experience in criminal, international and administrative law. He is currently the Chairperson at Large for the Environmental Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
He attended Eastern Kentucky University (B.S. 1986), Memphis State University Law School (J.D. 1993) and The George Washington University Law School (LL.M. 2001).
