Gary L. Moser is the senior attorney at the firm with over 20 years of practice experience. He is primarily responsible for issues involving commercial transactions and corporate law. He also represents several governmental entities and companies in issues involving employment and sexual discrimination as well as being certified in arbitration and mediation. He is an experienced litigator who has taught numerous educational courses as well as written several articles on subjects ranging from revised Uniform Commercial Code, Article 9, to bank and collection practices. Other areas of practice include real estate, zoning, land use and transportation law.

Gary attended the University of Oklahoma (B.A. 1972) and Mercer University School of Law (J.D. 1981).
